Two Weeks on the Special K Challenge

After two weeks on the Special K Challenge, I lost 6.2 pounds! That's a little more than they say you can lose in two weeks. I sure showed them! That's even with eating out at Chili's one night and having two desserts during the two weeks.

Jimmy has also joined me on this diet. It's nice to have some support from him. It also makes packing our lunches a whole lot easier. I haven't been as good about weighing myself since I was at my sister's house for three days. It's funny though because I think Jimmy and I both sneaked in more treats when we were apart. We do a lot better when we are together!

Our other goal is to start working out more. We recently bought P90X and a pull-up bar. We were going to start it last weekend, but then Jimmy sprained his ankle. Hopefully it will heal soon so we can get super buff!

Special K Shopping Tip: Yesterday I got some two-packs of the protien meal bars for $7.99 at Target! That's 12 bars total at a cost of only $0.67 a bar! Our favorites are the Chocolate Peanut Butter and Double Chocolate. Yum!

Way to go Nat! You guys are inspiring me...I am eating Special K (but with a million other things too, so I'm not there yet!). You guys are too good!

That's awesome about your weight loss! It's so nice to find a diet plan that works for you. We have P90X too, and here are my thoughts:

pros: Very intense workouts and they can teach you some great moves. I LOVED the yoga and the ab ripper.

cons: Really hard to keep going because it's very energy intense. What I mean is that it burns a lot of your energy in order to get fit. So that just makes it hard to keep going with it, according to the program. But I really liked the individual dvds and still use some of the regularly.
