Sick, sick and sicker

So we've been sick on and off for the last couple of months, including colds, the flu (twice), and pink eye! It's not been fun. At least we've had our Tivo to keep us company. Meanwhile I am still looking for work. At least Jimmy has a job and we're living with my parents so we don't have many expenses. I did have a job interview today at Cerner, so hopefully that works out!

It's so weird being back in Kansas. We thought it would be great to be near family, which it is, but we really miss our friends in Utah. It's so different not living a few feet away from our closest friends. And it's hard to get to know people in the ward when I'm in nursery and Jimmy is in primary. We love the kids though! There's this one little redheaded boy with chubby cheeks who is adorable and it makes me hope that our kids will look like that.

Last week I drove to Colorado with my mom so we could move our cat out to my dad's condo. Scout did really well and hardly cried at all. My parents didn't want to have a cat in the house when people are looking to buy it. We're listing it this weekend so we'll have to keep everything super clean. I stayed in Ft. Collins for a few days and then flew back on Saturday. It's a really nice place to live and I can't wait to go visit in the summer!
